If using optional grommet mounting method:

• Replace step 1 with step A on page 10. Then proceed to step 2.

Step #1: clamp base assembly to worksurface

The thickness of the worksurface must be between ½" and 1½".

• Loosen the clamp sufficiently to be able to slide it easily onto the

worksurface.

• Clamp the assembly to the worksurface in the desired position.

Be sure to tighten the clamp securely.

Step #2: put the arm into the base

Press down firmly to ensure the arm is fully installed into the base.
