To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the list of important precautions below before using the product.
1- Read all instructions in this manual before using the product. Only use the product in the way described. Keep this
manual throughout the lifespan of the product.
2 - This machine should be assembled by an adult.
3 - The owner should ensure that all users of the product are informed of the precautions to be taken using it.
4 - Domyos shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any persons or property caused by incorrect use of this
product by the user or any other person.
5 - The product is for home-use only. Do not use this product for commercial, rental or institutional purposes.
6 - Use the product indoors, away from moisture and dust, on a level and solid surface and in a clear area. Be sure
there is enough space for safe access to and passage around the product. Cover the floor beneath the product for
protection.
7 - Do not store the product in a humid environment (close to a swimming pool, bathroom...)
8 - Always wear athletic shoes for foot protection while exercising. Always wear appropriate clothing when exercising.
DO NOT wear loose clothing that could become caught in the machine. Remove all jewelry.
9 - Tie your hair back so it does not interfere with your exercise.
10 - If you feel pain or vertigo when exercising, stop immediately and rest.
11 - If you feel tiredness in your muscles, rest for a moment before continuing. Do not wear your muscles out! This will
only leading to exhaustion or possible injury.
12 - Keep children and pets away from the product at all times.
13 - Do not modify your product.
14 - If your product is damaged, return it to your Decathlon store and do not use it until it is completely
repaired. Only use Decathlon spare parts.
15 - Always warm up before exercise. Start training gently and fix yourself realistic objectives.
16 - Maintain a continuous, smooth motion when exercising.

Consult your doctor before starting an exercise program. This is particularly important for people over 35 or
having had health problems and if you have not practiced any sport for several years. Read all the instructions
before use.
