Remove the packing materials )such as orange

tape and protective ilm on the LCD( from outside
the printer.
Hook the hollows on the both sides of the printer

with your ingers and open the scanning unit /
cover.
Remove the orange tape and the protective

material and discard them.
Close the scanning unit / cover.

Connect the power cord diagonally from the back.

Do not connect any cables except the power cord
yet.
