Removing the most common problems

Problem

The adapter does not

work

Vehicle does not charge

How to use

1. Prepare the vehicle for charging in accordance with the user manual.

2. Check that the adapter is not damaged.

3. Make sure the adapter has the right type of plug for your vehicle.

4. Check that the vehicle's socket and power plug are not damaged.

5. Pull the protective cap off the plug.

6. Connect the adapter to the power cord with a CCS Combo 2 plug.

7. Connect the CCS Combo 1 plug to the charging port of the vehicle.

8. After charging, disconnect the adapter from the power cord and car's charging port by

pressing the button that releases the clip and put the protective cap on.

Do not disconnect the plug while charging

Solution

Check the correct connection of

the adapter to the power source

Check if EV adapter is properly
