BASIC OPERATION
Press the ZOOM button on the Top Control or the ZOOM L/M

button on the Remote Control Unit. The message "Zoom" is
displayed.
Press the ZOOM L button or the POINT UP button to make the

image larger, and press the ZOOM M button or the POINT
DOWN button to make the image smaller.
Press the FOCUS button on the Top Control or the FOCUS L/M
1
button on the Remote Control Unit. The message "Focus" is
displayed.
Adjust the focus of the image by pressing the FOCUS L/M
2
button or the POINT UP/DOWN button(s) .
If the projected picture has keystone distortion, correct the image with KEYSTONE adjustment.

Press the KEYSTONE button on the Remote Control Unit or
select Keystone on the SETTING menu. (Refer to page 36.)
The keystone dialog box appears.

Correct keystone distortion by pressing the POINT UP/DOWN
button(s) on the Top Control or on the Remote Control Unit.
Press the POINT UP button to reduce the upper part of the
image, and press the POINT DOWN button to reduce the lower
part.
Reduce the upper width
with the POINT UP button.
Press the FREEZE button on the Remote Control Unit to freeze the picture on-screen. To cancel the FREEZE function,
press the FREEZE button again or press any other button.

Zoom
Message disappears after 4 seconds.
Focus
Message disappears after 4 seconds.
• The arrows are blue in no correction.
• The arrow of direction being corrected turns light
blue.
• The arrow disappears at the maximum correction.
• If you press the KEYSTONE button on the Remote
Control Unit once more while the keystone dialog
box is being displayed, the keystone adjustment will
be set into no correction.
Reduce the lower width with
the POINT DOWN button.
