Handling the operator's manual

Read the operator's manual completely before installing or using the spot.

Keep this manual in a safe place. In case you forward the product towards third persons, also give

them the operating manual. Failure to follow these instructions may cause danger to persons and

damage to property. dot-spot will not assume any liability for damage to persons and property re-

sulting from failure to follow this operator's manual.

1 x installation sleeve with internal cable gland and screwed eyelet

for grounding / equipotential bond

1 x operator's manual

1 x empty conduit 1.5 m

1 x pipe clamp (only for the installation sleeve version with black mounting

for the empty conduit on the backside)

Scope of delivery DS 50 resp. 100

1 x sealing flange

1 x gasket

1 x accessories kit containing:

6 x Torx type countersunk screws M3 x 12 for flanging the sealing flange and the installation sleeve

Depending on the material of the pool and on the connection technology chosen, different tools and

sealing materials are required for fixing the installation sleeve inside / to the pool wall.

When using the sealing flange and the installation screws, a T10 Torx key is required.

A slotted socket wrench or pipe wrench or special wrench with an opening of 15 mm is required

for tightening the cable gland inside the installation sleeve. It is available under the item number

98006 at dot-spot.

The installation sleeve aq EH 50 resp. 100 is required in order to install the corresponding swim-

ming pool spot aquaros 5 resp. 20.

The installation sleeve itself is aquiferous. It provides the necessary space for accommodating the

spot as well as the threaded holes for screwing the spot. Furthermore, it seals the cable duct out

of the pool. It comprises an empty conduit with which the cable routing through concrete and fill is

realised.

The sealing flange (to be ordered separately) allows flanging and sealing of the installation sleeve

on thin pool walls as for example pond foils or polyester pools.
