7. Maintenance

Keep off any oiling to all parts within this machine to free the belt from damage

and coins from getting slippery during operation.

Dirt and /or sediments may well be unavoidable to accumulate within the

machine after a certain time of counting operation. Thus, it is recommended to

regularly clean the wheel, coin path and sensor with a brush while doing the

inspection (as show in Fig.12)

In case that belt gets slippery, use a piece of cloth dipped with benzene to wipe

the belt.

Check for worn belt. If wear occurs, replace one to warrant smooth operation.
