For LiftCart model ASLC-275, please follow the below steps to properly connect the unit's cables.
When connecting the power box and hand controller, all wiring must run DOWN and UNDER the
frame. Otherwise, you risk shearing the wires when raising and/or lowering the LiftCart
Step 1: Lay the LiftCart on its side to
properly align the wires completely under
the frame.
Step 3: Secure the wire connections with
the clasping mechanisms.
Step 2: Connect the power box and hand
controller wires with those from the linear
actuator.
Step 4: Place LiftCart on its base or caster
wheels and confirm all wires run UNDER
THE FRAME.
