SYMPTONS
Compressor will not start.
Thermal overload trips.
Sudden loss of pressure when compressor
shuts off.
Noisy operation (knocking).
Air blowing from inlet
Low air output.
Excessive belt wear (where fitted).
Moisture in air output
Compressor runs continuously.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE ALL REPAIRS/ADJUSTMENTS
SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT BY A QUALIFIED PERSON.
SHOULD THE MACHINE REQUIRE TRANSPORTING TO A
REPAIR AGENT, ENSURE IT IS WELL PROTECTED AGAINST
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

Kinked hose.

Intake filter dirty.
Belt too loose/tight.
Pulley and flywheel
misaligned.
Caused by humidity.
Move to an area of
less humidity.
Drain condensate.
