TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The compressor runs for 1 to 5
minutes and stops.
The compressor runs but the inner
liner does not get very cold.
The inner liner is very cold and the
compressor runs continuously.
The compressor does not run.
The freezer is noisy.
Can the unit plugged into both AC
and DC power supply?
Cause
The voltage is not in the correct range.
The ambient temperature is too high.
The system is blocked.
The ice layer on the evaporator is too
thick.
The door is being opened and closed too
frequently.
The freezer is overloaded.
The condenser is not well-ventilated.
The temperature sensor- tube is out of
the evaporator or the controller is faulty.
The controller is faulty (the power
indicator is not on).
The thermostat is set too high and the
ambient temperature is too low.
The freezer is not level.
The voltage is not in the correct range.

Solution
Switch off the power and restart
when the power is normal.
The operating temperature of this
unit is <90°F. If temperature is higher
than 90°F, the unit will need longer to
cool to the set temperature.

The door should be opened as little
as possible.
Remove some products from the
freezer.
Place the freezer in a well-ventilated
place.
