The AlcoSense® Zenith uses a semiconductor sensor to measure
breath alcohol levels. Depending upon the amount of alcohol
registered by the sensor after a period of time, it will require
replacement. Andatech recommends the AlcoSense® Zenith sensor
is replaced every 6 months or after 200 uses.

new precalibrated sensor.
The Zenith features a pre-calibrated alcohol sensor module to
eliminate the need for calibration. Just snap out, snap in and you
are ready to go!
How to Install the Sensor
Please take the following steps to install a new sensor module.
(*Switch off the power first)
Open the sensor cover.
You will see the sensor module.
Remove the sensor module.
Insert the new sensor module into the original position.
Make sure the module is connected tightly.
Close the sensor cover, then test.
