Failure   t o   e xercise   c aution   w hile   u sing   t his   p roduct   a nd   c omply   w ith   t he   f ollowing   w arnings   c ould   r esult   i n   p roduct   m alfunction,   e lectrical

1.   N ever   l eave   t he   c harger   a nd   b attery   u nanttended   d uring   u se.  
2.   N ever   a ttempt   t o   c harge   d ead,   d amaged   o r   w et   b attery   p acks.  
3.   N ever   a ttempt   t o   c harge   a   b attery   p ack   c ontaining   d ifferent   t ypes   o f   b atteries.  
4.   T his   u nit   a nd   t he   b attery   t o   c harge   m ust   b e   s et   u p   o n   a   h eat-­‐resistant,   n on-­‐inflamable   a nd   n on-­‐conductive   s urface.   N ever   p lace   t hem   o n   a   c ar  
seat,   c arpet   o r   s imilar.   K eep   a ll   t he   i nflammable   v olatile   m aterials   a way   f rom   t he   o perating   a rea.  
5.   N ever   c harge   a   b attery   i n   e xtremely   h ot   o r   c old   p laces   o r   p laces   i n   d irect   s unlight.  
6.   N ever   c harge   a   b attery   i f   t he   c able   h as   b een   p inched   o r   s horted.  
7.   N ever   c onnect   t he   c harger   i f   t he   p ower   c able   h as   b een   p inched   o r   s horted.  
8.   N ever   c onnect   t he   c harger   t o   a n   a utomobile   1 2V   b attery.  
9.   N ever   a ttempt   t o   d ismantle   t he   c harger   o r   u se   a   d amaged   c harger.  
10.   N ever   c over   t he   c ooling   s lots.  
11.   N ever   a llow   c hildren   u nder   1 4   y ears   o f   a ge   t o   c harge   b attery   p acks.  
 
To   a void   s hort-­‐circuits   b etween   t he   c harge   l ead,   a lways   c onnect   t he   c harger   f irst   a nd   t hen   t he   b attery.   R everse   t he   s equence   w hen  
disconnecting.    
 
Do   n ot   a ttempt   t o   c harge   t he   f ollowing   b attery   t ypes:  
 
• Battery   p acks,   w hich   c onsists   o f   d ifferent   c ell   t ypes   ( including   d ifferent   m anufactures)  
• Disposable   b atteries   ( explosion   h azard)  
• Faulty   o r   d amaged   b atteries   ( NiMH,   N iCd,   o r   P b   b atteries!)  
 
 
3. Charging   p rocess  
 
The   c harger   h ave   a   m ax   c harge   c urrent   f rom   8 00mA.   T o   b egin   c harging,   y ou   m ust   p lug   i n   t he   b alancer   c able   f rom   t he   b attery   i n   t he   b alancer  
connector   f rom   t he   c harger.   T he   c harging   p rocess   n ow   b egins   a utomatically.   T he   s tatus   L ED   y ou   c an   c heck   t he   b attery   c harging   s tatus.   R ed   =  
charging   p rocess   i s   r unning   /   g reen   =   c ompleted   c harging   p rocess.   T he   c harger   h as   a   b uilt-­‐in   d elta   p eak   s afety   s hutdown.
