The product is not suitable for use outdoors.

The product is not a toy. Do not leave children and animals

unsupervised with the product!

The product is designed for personal use only and is not in-

tended for commercial applications. The product should only

be used as described in the operating instructions. Any other

use is deemed to be improper.

Safety Notices

WARNING – Danger of Injury!

Danger of suﬀ ocation! Keep the packaging material away

from children and animals.

■

Danger of burns from battery acid! Batteries can be deadly if

swallowed. Batteries and the product should be kept out of the

reach of children and animals. If a battery is swallowed, medical

attention must be sought immediately.

■

Danger of burns from battery acid! If a battery leaks, avoid

physical contact with the battery acid. Wear protective gloves if

necessary. If you touch battery acid, rinse the aﬀ ected areas with

abundant clear water straight away and seek medical assistance

immediately.

NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material and Property

Do not use the product in rooms with increased humidity.

■

Use only the battery type speciﬁ ed in the technical data.

■

Always replace all batteries together. Do not use diﬀ erent types

or brands, or batteries with diﬀ erent capacities.

■

Take batteries out of the product when they are dead or if you

will not be using the product for a prolonged period. This will

prevent any damage caused by leaks.

■

Remove a dead battery immediately and clean the contacts be-

fore you insert new batteries.

■

Protect the product from: impacts, heat, direct sunlight, sub-

zero temperatures, persistent moisture and wet conditions.

■

Do not make any changes to the product and do not attempt

to repair it. Contact the customer service department if there is

any damage. The individual LEDs cannot be replaced.

■

Under no circumstances should you use any corrosive or abra-

sive cleaning agents, rough sponges or knives to clean the

product. These may damage the surfaces.

Items Supplied

Check the items supplied for completeness and the components

for transport damage. If you ﬁ nd any damage, do not use the prod-

uct but contact our customer service department.

1 x suction cup holder with ball joint

•

1 x operating instructions

3 batteries (1.5 V, AAA) are required to use the LED light.

These are not supplied with the product.

Inserting / Changing Batteries

Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts are

clean and clean them if necessary.

1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the mirror: Grip

and press down the locking lug on the battery compartment

cover. Pull up the cover at the same time.

2. Insert three batteries (1.5 V, AAA) into the battery compart-

ment. Ensure the correct polarity (+ / –).

3. Reattach the battery compartment cover and press it shut. You

must hear and feel the battery compartment cover engage.

Replace the batteries when the power of the LED light starts to wane.

Use

1. Attaching – Press the suction cup on a smooth and non-

greasy surface and twist the holder clockwise to ﬁ x it in place.

The mirror can be individually aligned using the ﬂ exible neck

of the lamp.

2. Switching on / oﬀ – Press the On / Oﬀ switch on the front once

to switch on the LEDs.

To switch the LEDs oﬀ again, press the On / Oﬀ switch again.

3. Detaching – To release the suction cup again, twist the holder

anticlockwise and carefully detach the suction cup using the

tab. Hold the mirror securely as you do this!

Cleaning and Storage

1. Take the batteries out of the product (see the "Inserting /

Changing Batteries" section).

2. Clean the housing and the lamp neck with a soft and damp

cloth. Dry thoroughly.

3. The mirror surface can be cleaned with a standard commercial

window cleaner. When you do this, make sure that no liquid

can run into the housing!

4. Store the product in a dry place that is protected from sunlight

and is not accessible to children and animals.

Disposal

Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally

friendly manner so that it can be recycled.

This product is governed by the European Directive

2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment

(WEEE). Do not dispose of the product as normal domes-

tic waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner

via an oﬃ cially approved waste disposal company.

Batteries should be removed before disposing of the prod-

uct and disposed of separately from the product at suitable

collection points.
