ATEX Certificate information
The PS3-BAX Personal Security Mobile has passed the ATEX certification procedure. This is confirmation is laid down in

At the end of the Certificate number there is an X, which indicates that there is one or more Special condition of
Safe Use. See for details below.
3.2.4
Special Condition for Safe Use
If the PS3-BAX Personal Security Mobile is used in a dry area, with a relative humidity <60%, or when the users wears cloths
which could cause dangerous electrostatic discharges, the mobile must be used with leather carrying case type: LBB5302/00.

Other requirements for Safe Use.

The PS3-BAX is only allowed to be charged in Charge rack types: PS-CH01 or PS-CH05.

Only battery types mentioned in the certificate is allowed to be used, in case of the PS3-BAX there is only one battery type
allowed: NiMH version Atus part number: F01U168323, any other battery makes the product NOT ATEX compliant.

It is not allowed to open or charge the pager in potentially explosive areas.
