Elite Core PM-16 User Guide

NETWORK Connector

Connect a standard CAT5E cable from the IM-16's RJ-45 NETWORK connector to the PoE x1 input on

the DM-8 or NETWORK IN on the PM-16.

See PM-16 System Connections to learn how to interconnect all PM-16 System components.

SIG and CLIP LEDs

Each channel has two front panel LEDs:

•

SIG lights green to indicate a signal within normal operating range.

•

CLIP lights red to indicate the signal is within 3 dB of clipping.

Adjust the console's outputs to the IM-16 so each channel's SIG LED lights green.

POWER Inlet

To power up the IM-16, connect the 18 VAC 8.3 mA power supply (provided) to the POWER inlet.

There is no on/off switch.
