Mechanical settings

By the transport and by wear of the transport roles in the hopper area an adjustment of the feeder can be necessary. At the top

side of the machine is a set screw for changing the pressure on the banknotes.

If the CCE 180 draws not only one but also several banknotes, turn the set screw in the direction of "-" sign with a screwdriver.

If the CCE 180 does not draw in the banknotes, turn the set screw in the direction of "+" sign with a screwdriver.

Error management and servicing

The CCE 180 is equipped with a comprehensive fault management in order to inform you of problems with the cash processing

and the detection of counterfeits, but also draw attention to contamination of sensors. Please note in particular the below

instructions to clean the machine to exclude error by dirty sensors and to get an optimal result by counting of banknotes.

Cleaning of the sensors

By the banknotes and by retreating dust it comes to depositions before the sensors of the machine. This pollution leads to

increased errors and non-recognitions of real banknotes.

Please clean at regular intervals the sensors of the CCE 180. Switch off the machine during the cleaning and remove the net

cable from the device.

With a soft paintbrush and cloth you can remove the coarse dust depositions from the sensors and as well as from the banknote

conveyor wheels. For the cleaning of the counterfeit money sensors we recommend the additional application of a non-

inflammable air pressure spray to remove also at inaccessible places dirt and particulate dust. Should you have questions to the

Close the CCE 180 after the cleaning process and reconnect it with the power supply. The device is now ready for use.
