STEP 8: DOOR
Items:
1x Single Door
2x Turn Button
1x Hasp & Staple
3x Door Hinge
27x 35mm Screws
6x Metric Plain Washers
6x Hex Nut
6x Coach Bolt
Door:
Position the door in the frame.
Ensuring there is a 5mm gap on each side of the door.
The bottom edge of the door should be flush with the bottom
shiplap.
See image right for reference.
Turn button

** Pre-drill parts before fixing screws **

Fix the turn buttons
Use the image on the left for
reference.
Use 2x 35mm Screws.
Hasp & Staple.
Position the hasp & staple.
Ensuring that you fix the hasp &
staple in line with the middle rail
of the door.
Use the image on the left for
reference.
Use 7x 35mm Screws.
Hasp
Hinge
Hinges:
Fix the hinges onto Side Panel
making sure you fix onto the door
rail. Use 6x 35mm Screws for each
hinge.
Use the images for reference.
