Handling Precautions
• Never connect or disconnect plugs to/from the input/output terminals on the LDP-1 when the external device that drives speakers is powered.
Doing so can cause noises and damage the speakers.
• Avoid applying excessive force to the tact switches and input/output terminals on the LDP-1.
• If the unit malfunctions or behaves erratically, cease operation at once and contact your local dealer or Free The Tone directly.

Controls and Indicators
Front Panel
Display-1
Shows titles, tempos, etc.
Display-2
Shows menus. Used to edit preset contents.
Rear Panel
DC9-12V IN and THRU Terminals
Connect the dedicated adapter supplied with
your LDP-1 to the IN terminal.
If the LDP-1 is combined with the ARC-4, the AC
adapter suppled with the ARC-4 can be used to
power the LDP-1: Connect the adapter supplied
with ARC-4 to the LDP-1's IN terminal. Using the
optional DC cable, connect the LDP-1's THRU
terminal to the ARC-4's DC12V IN terminal.
PARAMETER Encoder
Turn to change the menu selection or parameter
value in the Display-2. Press to confirm your change
to the menu selection or parameter value.
UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT Switch
Pressed to move upward/downward in the
menu system or select a parameter.
MENU Switch
Pressed to show the menu screen.
MIDI IN and MIDI OUT/THRU Terminals
Connect an external MIDI device to send/receive MIDI signals.
