How to order a Session Code

Please have the following information ready before contacting your supplier.

Serial No. of the CSM

Number of sessions required

When you receive a session Code for CSM it is accompanied by a package

of CSM Procedure Packs that equals the number of sessions ordered as

well as the following information:

Serial Number

No. of Sessions

Session Code

CSM - Refill Manual

Indicates which device the Session Code

belongs to. A Session Code can only be

used for the device in question.

States how many new sessions the

Session Code gives access to when

entered.

Sequential number used to identify the

Session Code.

States the Session Code to be entered in

the CSM.
