• Insert the film to be copied into the playback device and an emp-

ty videocassette into the recording device.

• Start the playback function on the playback device and at the

same time the recording function on the recording device.

• The desired copy is generated now, the video level is indicated on

the display VIDEO LEVEL (3) and the image is played back on the

TV for control purposes.

Maintenance and Care

This appliance is maintenance-free and may not be opened! The

guarantee expires when you open the appliance.

Only clean the outside of the appliance with a soft and dry cloth or a

brush. Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solu-

tions as these may damage the surface of the appliance.

Disposal

Dispose of obsolete appliances according to the valid legal directives.

Troubleshooting

No playback via the TV:

• The AV program slot was not selected on the TV.

• The recording device is not switched to the AV program slot.

• A video connection was connected improperly when connecting

one or several appliances or the cable is defect.

Recording not possible:

• The copy protection decoder is not supplied with power (POWER

LED (1) is not lit). The power pack is not connected or the wall out-

Branchement

Raccordez uniquement des appareils munis d´un tel

raccord aux connexions vidéo (douilles vidéo Cinch

ou S). Si vos appareils ne devaient pas disposer des

entrées et sorties nécessaires, veuillez utiliser des

adaptateurs appropriés.

Consultez en cas de doute un spécialiste.

Lisez les modes d´emploi correspondants des appa-

reils à connecter relatifs au câblage et à l´aptitude

des entrées et sorties.

Le non-respect de ces consignes peut endommager

le décodeur de protection anti-piratage ou les appa-

reils connectés.
