FRONT PANEL

1) INPUT Connect your guitar to this input using a standard ¼" shielded instrument cable.
2) CLEAN/LEAD SWITCH This channel selector switches between the Clean and Lead channels. Channel-switching can also be controlled by a DUAL
footswitch that can be plugged on the amp's rear panel (22).
3) GAIN (CLEAN) This knob sets the clean channel gain level.
4) LOW This knob controls the amount of low frequencies in your sound.
5) MID The Mid control regulates the midrange frequencies and it is an
important part of your tone shaping.
6) HIGH The High knob controls the amount of high frequencies in your
sound.
7) PRESENCE The Presence knob controls high frequencies, above those controlled by the High knob.
It's an effective and useful part of the amp's tone controls. Turn the Presence up for crisp, sparkling clean sounds or lower it for darker, rounder sounds.
8) MASTER (CLEAN) This control is the master feed from the end of the preamp of the clean channel to the FGC 121's professional-grade 120W DV
Mark solid-state power amp, allowing you to obtain ultra-clean tone at any volume, with an incredibly warm sound without any distortion.
9) GAIN (LEAD) This knob sets the lead channel gain level, it determines the amount of drive or saturation for crunch or heavy distorted sounds and
also plays an important role in tone shaping.
10) LOW This knob controls the amount of low frequencies in your sound. When you're starting to explore sounds on the amp, avoid boosting the lows
too much as this can reduce your attack and could muddy your sound—especially as you turn up the gain control.
11) MID The Mid control regulates the midrange frequencies and is an important part of your tone shaping. The frequency range it boosts or cuts has a
big effect on the character of your sound. For a more scoopy tone, lower the mids. Turn the knob up for more focused attack and better pitch definition.
12) HIGH The High knob controls the amount of high frequencies in your sound. It can produce unwanted noise (hiss) or pickup feedback when really
cranked, so it's best to avoid extreme settings.
13) PRESENCE The Presence knob controls high frequencies, above those controlled by the High knob.
It's an effective and useful part of the amp's tone controls. Turn the Presence up for crisp sounds, crunchy rhythm sounds and aggressive riffs; lower it
for darker, rounder sounds and focused single-note lead tones.
14) MASTER This control is the master feed from the end of the preamp lead channel to the FGC 121's professional-grade 120W DV Mark solid-state
power amp. It allows you to obtain a wide range of sounds/colours in relation to the gain setting—for example, very low gain sounds at high volumes,
or high gain sounds at low volumes.
