AWNING SETUP

NOTE: If it is raining ensure the awning is set to an appropriate angle to allow the
rain water to run off and not accumulate on top of the awning.
It is essential to use the guy ropes and pegs provided to secure the awning to the
ground. This will prevent any wind from lifting the awning and causing damage to
your awning or your vehicle.
1.
Unzip the outer protective PVC covering. [Fig. 7]
2.
The side awning is held in position by 3 Velcro
closures. Hold the side awning by one hand, and
at the same time use the other hand to release
the 3 Velcro closures, making sure at the same
time the awning is held in place.
Note: Failure to follow this step will result
in the awning unfolding and falling to the
ground. [Fig. 8]
3.
When the awning has been fully unwound, 2
extendable poles will be revealed in the outer
aluminium extrusion. [Fig. 9]
