Fill with oil through the oil hole and make sure the oil surface level to the top of oil tank should be less than 11 mm.

Replace the oil filler plug and purge air from the hydraulic unit as required. Refer to Section 4.

Replace the top plate, ensuring the four retaining screws line up as shown in the following picture,

and tighten the four screws.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Jack will not lift to full height

After hydraulic purging, the jack still
