a.
Make sure the end-stop (brass part) is
over the pan drive shaft. On newer
models, this will be pre-installed.
b.
Take the whole drive arm end slip it
over the pan drive shaft until it
reaches the end-stop.
c.
Secure the setscrew with the hex key.
Make sure that the screw is tightened
on the flat side of the D-cut shaft.
D-cut shaft
1.
Carefully unpack the mirror, do not tug or twist
the attached cable.
2.
Secure the setscrew with the hex key.
Note: The setscrew is pre coated with a thread locking adhesive
to lock the screw tight, if a reassembly is required, a new thread
locking fluid must be applied.
Make sure that the screw is tightened on the flat side of the
D-cut shaft. Notice that the D-cut must be aligned with the
setscrew.
3.
Rotate the Mirror in every possible position to make sure the
cable doesn't block any movement.
Make sure the cable is mounted as shown on picture.
If not, arrange the loop over the motor to avoid any hindrance.
