NOTE: Ensure the cover is the right way around and there is an even amount of cover overhanging both ends of

the frame. Sleeves are on the underside and the sides of the cover only. Before inserting the cover tensioning

tube (#10) into the pocket of the cover, make small cuts for the ratchet strap on the cover. First draw the outline

of the cuts according to the position of the ratchet. The position of the cuts should be right at the ratchets.

5. Roof Cover Assembly:

a. Slide the cover over the frame from side to side, not end to end.

b. Tension the ends FIRST by pulling and tensioning the ends of the cover using the nylon webbing

already threaded through the cover. Tension evenly at both ends and tie off securely.

c. Insert the plastic cap (#19) into each end of the tensioning tubes.

d. Insert the lower tensioning tube (#10) into the sleeves of the cover.

e. Push the tube to the very end of the sleeve, then center the tube in the sleeve.

f. Wrap the nylon webbing around the tube. Feed the ends into the tie down ratchet. Do not fully tension.
