There are 7 height settings (20-70mm).
1. To decrease the cutting height
pull the height adjustment
lever (9) out and move it up a
notch to the left, towards the
handlebar.
2. To increase the cutting height
pull the lever out and move
it down a notch to the right,
towards the engine.
Note.
If you are unsure of which cutting height to use, begin
with a high setting and trial a small section of lawn, then
check the appearance of the lawn. Then readjust if necessary.

Preparing the lawn mower

It is important to check the lawn mower before you
commence operating the unit.
IMPORTANT.
Ensure that the engine is fully filled with oil
and fuel. When leaving the factory, this lawn mower has NO
OIL in the engine and no fuel in the fuel tank.
Note.
Failure to add sufficient oil to the motor will cause
damage to the motor which is NOT covered under warranty.

Checking the oil

1. Move the lawn mower to
a level surface and clean
around the oil filler cap (11) .
2. Remove the oil filler cap with
dipstick and wipe it with a
clean cloth. For new units,
ADD 0.4L of SAE 10W/30
oil. Replace the cap and
retighten.
3. Remove the dipstick again and check the oil level, the
oil should be at the full ('max')
mark.
4. If oil is required add it slowly
with SAE 10W/30 oil.
(The oil capacity is 0.4L).
Do not overfill.
5. Retighten the oil filler cap firmly
before starting the engine.
Do Not fill above the Maximum
Marking. Do not operate the motor if the oil level is not within
the textured marking (between the "min" and
"max" markings)
