The ignition must be turned OFF before
installation.

Remove the main seat and the tail section.

Remove both lower fairings.

Remove the fuel tank.

Cut the three zip ties holding the wiring
harness to the fuel lines at the injectors as
shown in Figure A.

Disconnect the wiring harness from the
injectors.

Pull the grommet up from the air box as shown
in Figure A.

Cut the grommet with a pair of side cutters.
Note: Only cut the radius of the grommet. Do
not cut the grommet in half.

Pull the wiring harness out the bottom of the
air box through the hole.

Locate the PCIII USB EX harness with the white
connector. Attach the injector leads to the
injectors.
The connector with the orange/white wire goes
to the rear cylinder.
Use the supplied zip ties to attach the harness
to the fuel lines as shown in Figure C.
