Preparing for use

• To ensure you enjoy maximum benefit from your CORD product, please

take a few moments to prepare your product for use.

• Please turn the speakers upside down on a soft, dry surface and apply the foam

protective feet to the four corners of the speakers.

• Insert the batteries into the remote control.

• Carefully select the position of the speakers so that connecting cables can easily

reach the other devices. If necessary you may need to purchase cables of

additional length.

• This system is capable of producing high sound pressure output which may

cause vibration if the area of placement is not sturdy and solid. To avoid

possible movement and subsequent damage to your CORD product please use

this product only on a solid surface.

• Prior to connecting any cables please ensure that the AC Power is disconnected.

• Before switching on this product, please ensure the volume level is set low to

avoid instantaneous, loud playback.

• Insert the correct adaptor for your iPod into the dock to ensure a safe and secure

connection (see diagram below).

• If your iPod does not have a compatible dock adaptor, you can playback audio by

connecting your iPod to the AUX In connector.
