Mini Digital Pedometer
6310623
Thank you for buying the Centrios Mini Digital Pedometer. It is a
combination of a pedometer, and a calorie counter. The pedometer
measures how far you walk or jog and displays the distance and
number of steps on its easy-to read LCD display. It also calculates the
approximate number of calories you have burned. Its compact,
light-weight design lets you take it everywhere you go.
Its features include:
Distance Counter — counts the distance travelled up to
999.99 miles/kms or 99, 999 steps.
Calorie Counter — calculates calorie consumption up to
99, 999 calories.
Belt Clip — lets you carry the pedometer on your belt.
Note to Canadian Customers: This Class B digital apparatus does
not exceed the limits for radio noise emissions from digital apparatus
set out in the Radio Interference Regulations of Industry Canada.
USING THE PEDOMETER
MODE
Your pedometer might not work properly:
• When you are not wearing the pedometer correctly
• When you skip or shuffle
• When you climb a steep hill or take short, quick steps down a hill
• When you wear the pedometer in a motor vehicle on a rough road
Notes:
• A walking step is different from a jogging step, so you need to
reset the step length if you want to change from one to the other.
• To obtain more accurate measurements, be sure the pedometer
is positioned securely in a vertical position on your waistband or
belt.
