This tool is t o be used solely for rasping horses' teeth.

This tool must be used in conformity with all applicable health, hygienic,
safety and veterinary regulations involved when rasping horse teeth.
Before each use, be sure t o sterilize the rasp blade, holder and drive shaft.
When rasping teeth of a number of horses, sterilization of these parts be-
