Keep away from children.

Do not submerge in water.

When disposing of batteries, please ensure that they are correctly
recycled.
•
Do not mix old and new batteries. Mixing old and new batteries could
cause leakage of caustic acid that could cause skin burns and
damage materials that it contacts.
•
When installing batteries, observe the correct polarity.
•
Requires 1x AA rechargeable Ni-MH 1.2v 200 mAH battery (included).
•
Keep batteries out of reach of children.
•
Wear gloves and use caution when removing leaking batteries. Make
sure that you dispose of batteries at your local recycling centre.
•
This product is for outdoor use only.
•
Not suitable for commercial purposes.
Instructions for use
1.
Remove all packaging and dispose of correctly.
2.
Choose the ideal position in your garden with full, direct sunlight where
the solar panel can receive at least 6 hours of sunlight per day.
3.
To turn the light on, you must turn the dial (shown below) to the open
sign. You can then remove this section and switch the light on inside.

The light is controlled by a sensor. At sunset, the light turns on using
energy stored in the battery, when you switch it to "off", the solar lamp
will preserve energy. If the light does not automatically turn on at sunset
check the following:
Make sure that the on/off switch is "on"

Check the battery for good contact.

Make sure that the solar light is place in a well-lit location for maximum
sunlight absorption. Anything that shade the panel will affect the
brightness and lighting duration. At least 6 hours of sunlight is required
for the lights to illuminate. During winter months, charging time will be
reduced due to the limited daylight hours.
