ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove

all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing

materials until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. If you are missing

Customer Service Staff is available to assist you from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Central Time) Monday

through Thursday and 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. (Central Time) on Friday.

STEP 1

A t t a c h t h e R E A R S TA B I L I Z E R ( 3 ) t o t h e L O W E R U P R I G H T ( 2 ) w i t h C A R R I A G E B O LT S

(M8x1.25x65mm)(28), ARC WASHERS(M8)(38), and ACORN NUTS(M8x1.25)(40).

STEP 2

Make the PEDAL ARMS(7, 8) sit on the REAR STABILIZER(3). Attach the FRONT FRAME(1) to the

LOWER UPRIGHT(2) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS (M8x1.25x70mm)(29), WASHERS(M8)(39), and

NYLOCK NUTS(M8x1.25)(41). Do not securely tighten all bolts until Step 3.

STEP 3

Attach the CONNECTING BAR(43) to the LOWER UPRIGHT(2) and FRONT FRAME(1) with BUTTON

HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x68mm)(44), ARC WASHERS(M8)(38), and NYLOCK NUTS (M8x1.25)(41).

Securely tighten all bolts from Step 2. Plug the EXTENSION WIRE(25) into the SENSOR WIRE(24).
