Problem
Pump is running,
but doesn't deliver.
Pump doesn't start or
suddenly stops during
operation.
The pumps are virtually maintenance-free.
After having pumped chlorinated swimming pool water or other
liquids leaving residues, the pump should be rinsed with clear
water.
Warning ! Electric shock !

V Disconnect the pump from the mains before clean-
1. Only for 10000 SL Inox : Unscrew the Phillips screw
and pull the suction base cover
2. Unscrew the 6 Phillips screws
off the pump.
3. Clean suction base

4. Reinstall the suction base
5. Only for 10000 SL Inox : Insert the suction base cover

It is often sufficient to simply remove the suction base cover
and clean the suction base cover
For safety reasons a damaged impeller

Probable cause
Air cannot escape, since
pressure line is closed.
Air locks in the suction base.
Impeller clogged.

Remedy
v Open pressure line
(e.g. kinked pressure pipe).
v Wait for max. 60 seconds
until the pump deaerates
automatically over the vent
valve. If necessary, switch
off and start it again.
v Disconnect plug and clean
impeller (see 5. Cleaning).
v Submerge pump deeper.
v Disconnect plug and clean
impeller (see 5. Cleaning).
Observe max. media temper-
ature of 35 °C.
