CLEANING
Remove day-to-day dirt with a mild soap and warm water solution, and gently wipe the
surface dry. For disinfecting or tougher stains, we recommend a 1:10 bleach/ water-based
solution or one of the cleaning and disinfecting products listed below. Avoid saturating or
soaking the fabric with cleaner/disinfectant. Rinse with clean water after exposure to
eliminate residue and gently dry with a soft cloth. Following these guidelines will extend
the life of the fabric, threads, seams, and cushioning that may potentially be impacted by
disinfectant residue. Please use all cleaning and disinfecting agents as instructed. The use of
other cleaning agents, disinfectants, conditioners, or protectants such as Armor All
acetones, or citrus based solvents can degrade fabric performance and may void Earthlite's
warranty. For intensive healthcare applications, we recommend considering our PVC or
Ultraleather
upholstery options for greater fabric life expectancy.
Check screws and bolts periodically, tightening as necessary. A drop or two of a silicone
based lubricant should alleviate any squeaking that may occur during the long lifetime of
the product.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Earthlite guarantees our Vortex portable massage chair, excluding foam and upholstery,
against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own
the product, or for five (5) years after the product is discontinued or modified. Foam,
upholstery, and facecradle platforms are warranted for three (3) years from the original
date of purchase. FacePillows are warrantied for one (1) year from the original date of
purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect,
which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based
cleaners. Warranty claims must provide proof of original purchase to obtain an Earthlite
Return Material Authorization (RMA). This warranty is limited to product repair or
replacement, at Earthlite's sole discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the
product(s) back to the factory (at customer's expense) for any warranty claim. Earthlite
will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the contiguous U.S.
only. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the contiguous U.S.
are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable
duties and taxes.
