Disconnect the cooker hood from
the mains electricity supply. Ensure
that:
– it is switched off at the wall socket
and the plug has been withdrawn
or
– the fuse has been withdrawn from
the fused spur connection unit, or
– the mains fuse is withdrawn, or
– the screw-out fuse is removed (in
countries where this is applicable).
Ensure that current is not supplied to
the appliance until after maintenance
or repair work has been carried out.
Exercise caution when changing
halogen lamps. They get very hot
during use and remain hot for some
time after being switched off. Please
follow the manufacturer's instructions.
^ Remove the grease filter from the
cooker hood.
^ Loosen the halogen lamp securing
screw slightly and push downwards
(see illustration).
^ Tighten up the screw again.
^ Turn the halogen lamp anti-clockwise
and pull it downwards to remove.
We recommend replacing the lamp
with the same type :
PHILIPS Halotone GZ 10, 230V,
50 W, 50°, Type. 14560.
^ Fit the new halogen lamp by
reversing the above procedure.
^ Replace the grease filter.
