Installation

• Aquascape Faux Basalt Columns each

include a section of flexible tubing and

fountain fitting. If using the included tubing/

fitting, feed the tubing through the top of

the fountain and secure the fountain fitting

in the top outlet (Ex. 1).

NOTE: Aquascape Fountain Lights (sold

separately) can be used in place of the

included fountain fitting (Ex. 2).

NOTE: This product is not compatible with

Aquascape Fire and Water Basalt Torches.

• Each fountain is also designed to fit rigid

1" schedule forty PVC. If using rigid PVC,

simply slide the PVC gently through the

hole at the top of the column (Ex. 3).

• Set the fountain on an appropriate basin

or reservoir, such as the Aquascape

AquaBasin

(not included).

• Ensure the fountain is level for proper water

flow. Aquascape Fountain Shims (Item

#78159) can be purchased separately for

quick and easy leveling.

• Connect the pipe to the water pump (not

included) and set the pump in the basin or

reservoir.

RECOMMENDED WATER PUMP

• 18", 24" – Ultra 400 Water Pump

• 30", 36" – Ultra 800 Water Pump

• 42" – Ultra 1100 Water Pump

• Cover the basin with decorative gravel or river rock, making sure to cover

the base of each column, this will help secure the columns during windy

conditions.

NOTE: If needed, the base can be drilled and secured to the desired

surface (zip ties, hardware, etc.). See the FAQ for more information.

NOTE: If desired, the base can be trimmed to size using a grinder or

Sawzall. Always wear proper eye and breathing protection when cutting

fiberglass.

• Fill the reservoir with water.

• Plug the pump into a GFCI-protected

power source and enjoy (Ex. 4).

General Maintenance

NOTE: this product is hand painted. For more information about touch-

ups, please see the FAQ section on our website.

WINTER CARE: In winter conditions, it is recommended to drain and

cover the fountain to maximize the fountain life and finish.

Warranty Information

Aquascape warrants that the product will be free of manufacturing defects for

one year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Warranty does not

cover damage resulting from negligent handling, misuse, or lack of reasonable

maintenance or care. Fountains should only be operated in freshwater conditions

without corrosive chemicals like chlorine or bromine. If upon Aquascape's

inspection, product shows evidence of a manufacturing defect, Aquascape's

liability is limited, at Aquascape's option, to the repair of the defect, replacement

of the defective product, or refund of the original purchase price. The warranty

excludes costs of labor, removal of product, shipping and expenses related

to the installation and re-installation of the product. All products that include

plumbing (tubing, pumps, check valves) need to be properly drained and

winterized otherwise warranty is null and void. No liability for loss or damage
