MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
User's maximum weight 275 lbs / 125 kg.
AQUATEC FLEXIVIP tiltchair is intended for use as a shower chair and/or a bedside toilet commode.
It is not for use in pool or a similar environment where equipment is immersed in water.
Minimum two wheels should be locked in position while toiletting or showering. FLEXIVIP Mobile
Shower chair is only for use on flat surfaces. For optimum stability, position the link wheels forwards as
shown in the fig. see page 13.
While transporting person in AQUATEC FLEXIVIP, the seat must be placed in horisontal position
Refrain from tilting the chair in the event the chair is being used by people with little or no leg weight
as this will alter the balance of the chair. Tilting in these cases can only be made if the chair is equip-
ped with tilt-stoppers (accessory).
To ensure good performance and safety you should regularly check that the following is carried out:
• Clean the hygiene seat with solvent-free household cleaner. Keep the wheels clean.
• Ensure that screws and adjustments are properly tightened.
• Lubricate the wheels regularly with grease.
• Immediately contact the nearest dealer if a defect should appear. Never use a defective
chair. Do not attempt repairs yourself!
DOLOMITE will not accept responsibility for adaptations, faulty repairs, etc, that are outside our
control. Refrain from tilting the chair in the event the chair is being used by people with little or no

De AQUATEC FLEXIVIP kantelstoel is bedoeld voor gebruik als douchestoel en/of toiletstoel naast het
bed. De
FLEXIVIP
is niet geschikt voor gebruik in het bad of een soortgelijke omgeving, waar de stoel
in het water komt te staan.
Ten minste twee wielen moeten op de rem staan tijdens het douchen of wanneer de stoel als toilet
wordt gebruikt. De
FLEXIVIP
ken. Voor een optimale stabiliteit moeten de wielen naar voren gericht worden zoals aangegeven op
de afbeelding. zie blz. 13. De AQUATEC FLEXIVIP mag alleen gebruikt worden voor personenvervo-
er wanneer het zitje in de horizontale stand staat. Kantel de stoel niet wanneer de gebruiker een laag
of geen beengewicht heeft, omdat dit de stabiliteit van de stoel beïnvloedt. In dergelijke gevallen is
kantelen alleen toegelaten wanneer de stoel uitgerust is met een kantelbeveiliging (accessoire).
Om verzekerd te zijn van het goed blijven functioneren en veiligheid, dient u regelmatig de volgende
stappen uit te voeren:
• De zitting met een zacht reinigingsmiddel (allesreiniger) reinigen. Houdt de wielen schoon.
• Let op dat bouten en schroeven stevig zijn vastgedraaid en de verstellingen zijn vastgezet.
• De wielen regelmatig met kogellagervet smeren.
• Neem onmiddellijk contact op met de dealer, wanneer er een defect wordt geconstateerd.
Gebruik nooit een defecte stoel. Probeer niet zelf te repareren!
DOLOMITE zal geen verantwoordelijkheid aanvaarden voor aanpassingen, foutieve reparaties e.d.,
