Issue: Name Server (NS) does
not respond and shows the error

rare cases if and when the double
fault - fdet occurs, the blade is
faulted.
Issue: The configdownload
command fails and issues an
error message: ficulmport failed
with rc=2I
Issue: The configupload
command does not save the
FICO-CUP data in FOS 4.4.0x only.
Issue:
After firmwaredownload -sf
on Core Switch 2/64 , received
many instances of this message:
