The Power Button

This controls the power to the DiamondBoxx. Push in to switch power

on. Push again to switch DiamondBoxx off.

The Knobs

Your DiamondBoxx should have been delivered along with

3 more sets of knobs in other colors. This provides you with

a way to customize your DiamondBoxx the way you want it.

Volume Knob

Tip: We suggest if the music source being connected to the DiamondBoxx also has

a volume control, leave that device's control at MAX volume. Use the

DiamondBoxx volume control to control the level. This will provide the cleanest

sound without Bluetooth or other random noise getting into the sound. IF THE

DIAMONDBOXX WILL NOT LIGHT UP ALL OF THE WHITE LEDS WHILE PLAYING

MUSIC WITH THE VOLUME KNOB TURNED TO MAX PLEASE CHECK THE VOLUME

LEVEL AND THE VOLUME LIMITER SETTINGS IN YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICE SETTING

AND THE APP THAT IS BEING USED TO PLAY MUSIC. Many apps and phones have

this volume limiter enabled by default.

Bass EQ Knob

The Bass EQ knob provides about 14 decibels of range from min to max. It effects

frequencies from 20Hz to 80Hz. Centered at 45Hx these frequencies give music size

and realism. Adjust to taste. Note: If very bass heavy music is used along with the

bass knobs at max, some real-time volume limiting and/or distortion may occur,

reduce bass controls or volume settings slightly.

The Xover control

The Xover knob adjusts the range of frequencies the SUB8.2 will play. More

exactly it determines the highest frequency the SUB8.2 will play before starting to

filter it out. The range is from 50Hz to 150Hz. If placed at 50Hz the SUB8.2 will

play frequencies from 20Hz – 50Hz. If set at 150Hz it will play frequencies from

20Hz – 150Hz. The idea here is to set it to the frequency that your other speaker

plays down to so that the combination of the SUB8.2 and your other speaker

sound good together. In the end, adjust to taste. 70Hz is a good starting point.

To Change the Knobs

Turn knob to minimum position. Indicator line should be some-where

between 6 and 7 o'clock when set to minimum

Pull the knob straight off without twisting

Check to make sure the knob shaft is still at minimum position, Press the new

knob onto the shaft with the indicator line between 6 and 7 o'clock.
