Placement:
1x mount (A)
2x board attachments (B and C)
1x carriage bolt M5x40 (D)
1x wing nut M5
Attach the two parts with the
carriage bolt M5x40 (D) and
fasten it with the wing nut (E).
Note the direction of the bolt
(pointing from front to back).
For mounting on a grill grate
only. Place the semicircular
mount (A) on the grill grate
with the fl at side down. Insert
the two M5x25 bolts through
the mount from above and
screw them in tightly using
two wing nuts.

Flammlachsbrett - Premium line
Insert the two mounting parts
(B) and (C) into one another.
Use the two notches in the fl at
component to do so.
Now the board attachment
(B/C) can be inserted into
the semicircular mount (A).
Finally, place the fl amegrilled
salmon board in the board
holder (B/C). The front of the
board must be aligned in the
direction of the attachment
notches. Secure the board by
tightening the screw. The wing
nut must be facing away from
the fi re.
