Speaker connection
Connect each speaker wire to the SPEAKER terminals as shown.
Use speakers with an impedance of 6 ohms or more, as lower
impedance speakers can damage the unit.
1
Connect the upper black wire to the MAIN( ) terminal and the
blue wire to the MAIN( ) terminal.
2
Connect the lower black wire to the SUBWOOFER( ) terminal
and the red wire to the SUBWOOFER( ) terminal.
Caution:
Never mistake the connections to the MAIN and the SUB-
WOOFER terminals.
Wrong connection may damage the main unit or the speakers.
Model CP-BA2100 is the exclusive speaker for the CD-
BA2100.
Do not use it for other models.
Besides, do not connect other speakers to the CD-BA2100
speaker terminals.
Such connections can damage the main unit.
Do not mistake the right channel for the left channel when
connecting the speakers to the unit.
The right speaker is the one on the right side when you are
facing the front of the unit.
Do not let the bare speaker wires touch each other as this
may damage the amplifier and/or speakers.
Do not stand or sit on the speakers. If the speakers fall or
collapse, you may be injured.
Bi-amp system:
This product drives the built-in subwoofer unit and the speaker
unit composed of the super tweeter, tweeter and woofer for
mid-to-high range frequencies with independent amplifiers
which have individual frequency characteristics.
As a result, both units can avoid the sound interference and
can create clear sound.
