Your new Pix Jr. camera uses simple icons to help you take great photos.
The USB Connection icon shows when your camera is
connected to your computer.
The Memory Full icon shows when you have filled your
camera's memory. Connect the camera to your computer
to download your photos. This icon will also appear if there is
a problem with the SD card.
This icon shows that one photo is about to be deleted.
This icon shows that all the pictures on the camera are about
to be deleted.
You will see this icon if your SD card is locked. In order to save
any pictures to the card, it must be removed and unlocked.
This icon shows when the batteries in your camera need
to be replaced.

Camera Memory
Your new Pix Jr. camera can store pictures on either its on-board memory
or, for expanded storage, on an SD Card. The Pix Jr. camera comes with 32
MB, approximately 140 photos, of on-board memory and can use SD Cards
up to 2 GB.
To Insert an SD Card:
1.
Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the camera. A grown-up
should remove the screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.

Remove the battery door and locate the SD Card slot.
3.
Insert the card into the slot as shown below.
The card will click into place.
4.
Replace the battery door and tighten the screws.
To remove the SD Card, re-open the battery door and press gently on the
exposed edge of the SD Card. You should hear a click, and the card will
spring up slightly. Gently grasp and pull the card out of the slot.
