How Do I Transfer a Call?

To transfer a call to another number or extension:
During a call, press the Transfer feature button. Doing

so automatically puts the call on hold.
Dial the number or office extension to which you want

to transfer the call.
When the call rings on the other end, press Transfer

again. Or, when the party answers, announce the call
and then press Transfer.
If necessary, press the Hold button to return to the
original call.

How Do I Forward All Calls?

To forward all of your incoming calls to another number:
Lift the handset and press * * 1. You will hear a short

confirmation tone. Then enter the phone number to
which you want to forward your calls.
You will hear another short confirmation tone to
indicate that call forwarding is in effect.
To cancel call forwarding, lift the handset and press

* * 2.
You will hear a short confirmation tone to indicate that
call forwarding is no longer in effect.
