Function Selector Knob

With the function selector knob you can set the heating

mode for the oven.

The function selector knob can be rotated to the right or to

the left.

When the function selector knob is set the oven lighting is

switched on.

« Upper and Lower

Heat

á Hot air* (upper and

lower heat with air

circulation)

§ Large area grill

¨ Hot air circulation

assisted grilling

*Heating mode with an energy efficiency rating specified by

EN50304.

Off

Baking, roasting or grilling is

possible on a single level only.

Cakes can be baked in a cake

mould/tray, pizzas can be baked

in a tray, lean beef, veal and

game can be roasted in a

roasting tray.

Puff pastries and meringues can

be baked on a single level. Foods

such as cookies, biscuits, small

cakes in paper cups and puff

pastries can be baked at the

same time on two shelves.

Can be used to grill a large

number of beefsteaks, sausages,

fish, and to toast bread.

Can be used for grilling larger

pieces of meat.
