El adaptador debe colocarse en el compartimento de la unidad extra-

íble correspondiente. A continuación debe cerrarse la puerta del com-

partimento. El conductor PE verde y amarillo debe atornillarse a la un-

idad extraíble y, a continuación, debe establecerse la conexión entre

la unidad extraíble que se va a probar y el adaptador por medio del

cable de control suministrado. Para ello, en la unidad extraíble, el

conector de control debe colocarse en la posición de prueba.

1.4 Puesta en marcha

Al poner en posición de prueba el adaptador que se encuentra en la

instalación, la unidad extraíble que se va a probar se conecta con las

señales de control de la instalación para poder efectuar las medi-

ciones y circuitos de prueba correspondientes.

2 Funcionamiento y estructura de la unidad de puesta en

marcha y pruebas para unidades extraíbles pequeñas

2.1 Funcionamiento

La unidad de puesta en marcha y pruebas permite utilizar el controla-

dor de unidades extraíbles pequeñas con o sin componentes de bus

fuera de la instalación para trabajos de puesta en marcha y configura-

ción.

Para ello se contactan las señales de control por medio de un adapta-

dor (1) que debe instalarse en el compartimento correspondiente y se

cablean a conectores hembra en el panel de instrumentos (2).

La unidad extraíble pequeña (3) prevista para trabajos de puesta en

marcha se coloca delante de la instalación (mesa, carrito, etc.). Para

contactar el circuito de mando se necesita una réplica del comparti-

mento (4) en la que se instalará la unidad extraíble. La réplica del

compartimento (4) y el adaptador (1) en el compartimento se conectan

por cable (5).

El circuito principal no se contacta.

Insert the adapter into the appropriate withdrawable unit compart-

ment. After that close the compartment door. The green-yellow PE

conductor must be screwed onto the withdrawable unit designated for

the commissioning / tests. Connect this withdrawable unit with the

adapter using the supplied control cable. For this purpose, set the

control plug at the withdrawable unit into the test position.

1.3 Commissioning

Due to the setup of the test position at the adapter placed in the

switchboard the withdrawable unit designated for the commission-

ing/tests is now connected with control signals of the switchboard.

The appropriate measurements and test circuits can be executed.

2 Functionality and design of the commissioning and test unit

for Miniature withdrawable units

2.1 Functionality

The commissioning and test unit shall allow the operation of the con-

trolling of the Miniature withdrawable units with and without bus com-

ponents outside of the switchboard for commissioning and configura-

tion operations.

For this purpose, the control signals are contacted via an adapter set

(1) in the appropriate compartment and wired on socket connectors

on the instrument panel (2).

The miniature withdrawable unit (3) designated for the commission-

ing will be placed in front of the switchboard (table, trolley or similar).

For the contacting of the control circuit a compartment replication (4)

is necessary, in which the withdrawable unit is to be placed.

The compartment replication (4) and adapter set (1) are connected

using a cable (5).

The main circuit will not be contacted.
