In calculating the lengths of the

pipes, the maximum length must also

take into consideration the values for

the exhaust/air intake end terminals,

as well as 90° elbows for coaxial

systems.

The C52 types must comply with the

following requirements:

1. The discharge/intake vent pipes

must have the same diameter of

80 mm.

2. The maximum combined flue

length is 17 m for Models Genus

23/27 MFFI/RFFI and 15 m for

Model Genus 30 MFFI. In this case

the minimum length for the air

intake pipe is 1 meter ; the

maximum length of ver tical

exhaust pipe must be a maximum

of 12 m.

3. If an elbow is inserted into the

discharge/ventilation system, the

calculation of the overall extension

must take into consideration the

values for each curve, as indicated

in the table.

4. The exhaust pipe must extend at

least 0.5 m above the ridge of the

roof if it is located on a side other

than that for the air intake (this is

not obligatory if the exhaust and air

intake pipes are located on the

same side of the building).
