NOTE– the installation requirements for the gas fireplace are very relative to
the front you are going to be using. Make sure that you read the proper section
of this manual thoroughly in order to insure that the fireplace is installed at the
correct height relative to the floor!

The fireplace manufacturer's technical specifications take precedence over any
information detailed in the following. All clearances or installation requirements
detailed in the fireplace manufactures installation manual or the local building
code should be strictly followed.
The Corvallis mantel is designed to be hung on a set of steel brackets which are
securely attached to the stud wall (behind the drywall). These steel brackets lock
the mantel together and keep the mantel firmly attached to the wall.
Always install this mantel with the brackets!
Failure to do this could result in serious injury!
