• WARNING: Unpack the occasional table in an area with sufficient room to work. Do not

allow residents near the product until it has been completely set up and the work area has

been cleared of all debris. Inspect the product for damage. If the product is damaged or the

wrong product was accidentally sent, DO NOT USE IT and immediately contact Direct Supply

Equipment & Furnishings for further instruction.

1. Place the tabletop face down on a soft,

clean surface to prevent scratching the top

(Fig. 1)

2. Attach the legs to the table apron at the

corners as shown (Fig. 2)

IMPORTANT – DO NOT TIGHTEN the bolts

at this time – the legs should be able to

move in order to assemble the lower shelf

3. Once the four legs are attached, slide the

lower shelf into the notches on the legs

and assemble with screws (Fig. 3)

Assembly Instructions

Tools needed (not included):

• Wrench

• Screw Driver

4. Tighten the leg bolts to secure the legs

5. Carefully position the table upright – be

sure to ask for assistance when lifting the

table (Fig. 4)

6. Periodically check that all of the

connections are tight and secure – tighten

the bolts or screws as needed
