• Your chain should be clean. A safe cleaning solvent can be used but the chain must be re-oiled
once it is dry.
• To reduce dirt and grime buildup and over spray on rear brake components, never over lubricate
the chain.
•Sprockets should be periodically checked for damage and wear. If you notice that there is any
damage to the sprockets or a tooth missing it should be replaced immediately.
CAUTION: Your scooter requires the chain to be lubed and inspected before every ride to
prevent a premature chain failure. Replace the chain if you see any signs of distress or
excessive wear.
•Sprockets should be periodically checked for damage and wear. If you notice that there is any
damage to the sprockets or a tooth missing it should be replaced immediately.
CAUTION: Never lubricate chain while motor is running.
Your suspension works using a uniquely innovative torsion design. Cantilevered Independent
Dynamic Linkless Indispension (C.I.D.L.I.) offers adjustablity To accommodate various rider skills,
weights, and preferences, the suspension can be tuned from "plush" to "firm" through its
elastomer compression adjusters. These adjusters raise and lower its natural damping
characteristics as well.
Adjustments are made at the swing arm knuckle by screwing in the 4 adjusters to stiffen the
suspension or screw them out to soften the suspension. NOTE: dampening is also effected by
this action.
Once adjustments are made bouncing the suspension will help seat the suspension setting and
stabilizes the adjustment.
Warning: 1/2-20 nut found in the center of the suspension knuckle should be left tight
and check periodically for tightens. Removing this nut will cause the suspension
knuckle to come apart and can result serious injuryin and or damage to the scooter
Your sag setting should be beteen 1 and 2
inches using full rider weight with all riding gear.
