Glossary of terms/abbreviations/acronyms
Controller
The NANOGRID™ controller, a GRID CONTROLLER, e.g. CGC500 or a LOCAL CONTROLLER, is a charging station which operates as a controller and a station node.
CSMS
Charging Station Management System.
EMS
Energy Management System.
EV
Electric Vehicle.
EVSE
Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment. A station can have 1 or more EVSEs. The CHARGESTORM CONNECTED 2 stations have 1 or 2 EVSEs.
Load
The current load used in the grid. It comes from the charging EVs or other.
